I make anything with anything, just kidding (kind of!) i love vintage materials, especially fabric, and i make quilts and all types of accessories with it. Visit me!

I like to make things that are fun to play with, fun to wear, fun to use, fun to look at. Lately I’ve been making papier mache sculptures- mostly little deer. I’ve been designing paper dolls and crafting felt pictures on baby clothes. I have letterpressed notecards and some delectable edibles as well.

I’m a fan of fabric, and I love giving previously used fabrics new form and a new life. I’m turning beautifully colored (but no longer fashionable) wool sweaters into scarves, headbands, bags, fingerless gloves and other fun wearables.

I make absolutely delicious carmel apples, one taste and you can’t help but have more! I also have some other wonderful treats in small and yummy sizes. These are the perfect thing to munch on while shopping.

This winter I’ve readied some new creations of widely varying degrees of practicality and palaver: from rabbits and birds and things of this earth to ghosties and monsters and creatures undiscovered. I’ve also been reclaiming yarns of sweaters and afghans from days gone by and revitalizing those forgotten fibers into deliciously fat, cozy scarf-wares.

Fabric is the inspiration. I buy my fabric from antique stores in my home state of Washington. When I discover a beautiful fabric I immediately imagine the wonderful creations I could make with it. I like to make laptop covers, headbands, dresses, skirts, bags, pillows, and quilts.

Lately I’ve been drawing pictures, mostly of forests and mushrooms and little girls and robots…things that make me happy! I will have framed pictures for sale, and have also transferred some drawings to screens to print. I will be printing deer, elephants, mushrooms and robots onto stockings, leggings, dresses, scarves and cards. I’ll probably find ways to incorporate vintage trimmings and buttons onto them, as I’ve been stocking up. I can’t wait!

I make a variety of items which include: wood, metal, resin, glass, and bottle cap necklaces, collage, transfer and painting canvas art work, funky hair clips for adults and children, colorful tutus, unique princess accessories, covered button earrings rings and pins, Christmas ornaments and decorations. I do this because I need to join an artists support group. I just can’t stop!

Is there such a thing as “Creativity ADD”? If so, we have it!! We love to make and create in so many different ways that we can hardly focus on one medium. Of course, we refer to each other as “genius” but that is only because we share the same taste. Hopefully you will like our taste too! Visit me!

I make one-of-a-kind Christmas tree skirts and Christmas stockings out of vintage and retro fabrics. I love to use vintage trims, ric rac, and pom poms. This year I will have some surprising new designs made out of mens ties and other fun items. Come and get an original that no one else will have!
