I’m so excited to see what the talented artists and crafters have been working so hard on. No doubt it will be amazing stuff- can’t-buy-it-in-stores, handmade, local, super-clever goods! I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve!

T-shirts are ready…don’t forget to pick one up this weekend.
This winter we have the ever so basic, always fashionable colors- black and white. These shirts are 100% cotton long-sleeved American Apparel girlie tees.
Look great and show your support for local artists and crafters and their quest to bring amazingly cool, handmade goods to Utah.

Kanani Hayes and her Vinylicious designs are always a treat to have in the show. Her designs are funky, unique and expertly crafted.

Hiedi Blackwelder specialty is in graphic design, especially cards and invitations for events, but she loves designing and crafting all kinds of things from silly to smart and everything in between. Her letter pressed cards and tags are darling and top-notch original.


This Christmas she is also dabbling in paint and doing a little makeover on old elementary school chairs. Very clever, don’t your little one’s need some color in their space?

These clever reusable shopping bags made by Susan Petersen are so incredibly handy, don’t ever leave home without them. They are fully lined, reversible and have triple reinforced handles. The bags are extremely durable and come in various colors and patterns. These bags would be a great gift for the earth-minded friend or family member this holiday season.

Sarah Jane Studios presents artwork for playrooms and nurseries which depict the innocence and simple wonder of childhood. Her illustrations are vintage inspired with a fresh, simple style. We so are excited to have Sara join the show this year. I heard she will also be making cards and gift tags. I can’t wait to see!

I just bumped into Sonya Evans and saw her darling duds at the gallery stroll in Salt Lake City this past weekend. She is recently returned from Eugene Oregon and we are so pleased she will be joining the show.
Her screen-printed goods include shirts for adults (men and women) and kids, sweatshirts, totes and diaper covers. All of her designs are her own original artwork, hand-dyed fabric in groovin’ colors. Check out her adult goods here or items for children here.

Made exclusively from recycled cans, hand cut and one of a kind. These shadow lanterns are powder-coated red, black and white as well as clear making them clean and sealed for indoor and outdoor use. Check out more of Lisa Furner’s lanterns at Mariposa Avenue.

Molly has been working on her latest heart-felt project…felt necklaces. Rumor has it she’s working on matching rings and hair-pins as well–woo-woo!

Some of the most unique jewelry out there, Armelle Jewelry is feminine, modern and delicate. Jewelry that captures the spirit of fun and uniqueness. Designer Caroline Drake was featured on Good Things Utah and in Eliza Magazine just within the last few months. We are so pleased to have her a part of the show this Christmas… and another good reason not to miss this show!

You know what they say…aprons don’t hold us back, they take us back. I wonder what they would say about reversible aprons?

Or they just help you look really cute when you’re helping out in the kitchen.

Mindy Relyea of One Wish World will be a joining the show this Christmas. Her scarves and sweaters are darling. Each scarf is finished with a little pocket. Inside every pocket is a surprise thought or charm. She believes in passing on goodness and sunshine in surprising places. She will have mother daughter scarves, women’s sweaters, little girl sweaters and jackets, and of course logo tees.

Every sweater she makes is an absolute one-of-a-kind. Put together in an “upcycle” fashion, she literally pieces them together from lots of other sweaters to come up with the finished product. She love colors and patterns of all kinds, along with flowers and trees and trims, all of which you will find on every finished product.

This gingerbread house just won a blue ribbon in the Gingerbread Festival at Thanksgiving Point. Could you die?… I don’t think I’ve ever seen such an amazing work in gingerbread (click on the image to see the picture full-size).
Lisa Greenhalgh has over 20 years experience in designing and building gingerbread houses. We are happy to feature her amazing talents as part of the show this Christmas. She will be making houses that are just a little bit smaller than this scrumptious castle, although she will make special orders… Each house she makes has a different theme, from the fun ‘Polka-Dot Place’ to the ‘Chocolate Manor’ there is one that will tickle your fancy. They smell delicious and will charm young and old alike. It’s a Christmas tradition your family will love…and they make wonderful gifts!

Bridget McKinley, clever and crafty to no end, is joining the Beehive Bazaar this Christmas. Her banners are darling, amazing and much cuter than anything I have seen in stores. I hear she might be making birthday hats too, you can see a greenish one in the foreground of the first picture. I think I need one for every occasion. Check her out on her blog, she’s got some delicious culinary ideas that might leave you hanking to whip something up in the kitchen.

Ana Roberts gourds are back! She does such a great job, I can’t wait to see what designs she comes up with this year. She makes a wide assortment of large gourds like- Santa and Mrs. Claus, sugarplum fairies,(pictured above, she has the cutest wire wings on her back you can’t see in this picture) snowmen, and elves. She makes smaller gourd ornaments as well, Santa and snowmen… great for gifts or a little treat for your own house.

Every purses is fully lined, has a magnetic snap closure and two pockets. One is the pockets is generally smaller- for a cell phone, and the other is larger with a slot for a pen.



I have been playing around with some new-ish ideas for purses and eating way too much Halloween candy…

painting, what? oh i don’t know, we will see. i get board easy. nothing really compares to cutting up small pieces of paper and mod podging them to something spectacular.

if you are wondering… no, this is not the morrissey t-shirt my fearless husband fought off hords of fans for. that one is a new center piece in my craft room and smells quite lovely.
