there are so many clever gals in our neck of the woods, and amber callister of sassy mia is no exception. these darling little girl shoes have been available at previous shows, and we will have them again this spring. she also has great shoes for the little fellas, thank goodness- if you have little boys and you care about what they wear, you know quite well there’s not enough out there for boys that doesn’t have some stupid logo or graphic, especially in the shoe department. to see her boy shoes click here to see more girl shoes click here

smocks

How I spent my spring break…
I made all of these smocks, while my children frolicked and played with their grandparents.
I decided to go with oilcloth in the smock department, because it makes them so easy to clean.
I have a few more cut out and ready to finish, and a few regularly shaped kid oilcloth aprons to stick in with the bunch.
I need to finish quick so I can move along and have enough time to make big-girl aprons.

super yummy doesn’t even begin to describe these cupcakes. Steph does it up right every time. You can purchase her delectable pleasures of the palate anytime at Dear Lizzie, a fabulous boutique in Alpine, worth the drive. In searching for a Dear Lizzie web site I found a cupcake testimonial on this blog. See… I told you so! I’m going to email this blue girl and invite her to the Bazaar!
